CANCELLATION POLICY

YOUR APPOINTMENTS ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO US!

THE TIME ALLOCATED FOR AN APPOINTMENT IS RESERVED ESPECIALLY FOR YOU. WE DO UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS ARE NECESSARY, SO WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST A 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR ADJUSTMENTS OR CANCELLATION TO YOUR APPOINTMENTS.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WHEN YOU FORGET TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT GIVING ENOUGH NOTICE, WE MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO FILL THAT APPOINTMENT TIME AND CLIENTS ON OUR WAITING LIST MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO RECEIVE SERVICES THEY NEED.

 

IN THE EVENT THAT WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE REQUIRED NOTICE FOR CANCELLATION, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25 CANCELLATION FEE.

LATE POLICY

IN THE EVENT THAT A CLIENT SHOWS UP LATE, THAT CUTS INTO YOUR APPOINTMENT. WE CAN STILL SERVICE YOU, BUT WE WILL HAVE TO STOP WHEN YOUR APPOINTMENT IS SUPPOSED TO END. THIS PREVENTS RUNNING OTHERS WHO HAVE A SET SCHEDULE BEHIND.

REFUND POLICY

WE WANT YOU TO BE 100% SATISFIED WITH OUR SERVICES.

 

IF FOR ANY REASON YOU'RE NOT HAPPY, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY TO REMEDY THE SITUATION. NOTIFY US NO LATER THAN 3 DAYS TO PROPERLY ADDRESS THE PROBLEM. DUE TO THE ARTISTIC NATURE OF WHAT WE DO, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON SERVICES PREFORMED. HOWEVER, WE WILL WORK TIRELESSLY TO ENSURE YOU'RE SATISFIED.

ALL PRODUCT PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

DEPOSITS

WE REQUIRE A $50 DEPOSIT FROM FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS FOR ALL FULL SET SERVICES WHICH ARE REGULARLY PRICED AT $125 OR ABOVE. RECURRING GUESTS MAY ALSO BE ASKED FOR A DEPOSIT ON FULL SETS.
 
THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE, AND WILL BE APPLIED TOWARDS YOUR SERVICE. IF YOU NO SHOW OR LATE CANCEL, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.
